For 4 persons
- 1½ lb strip steak, cut into strips
- 1 cup of fresh basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1½ tablespoons minced garlic
- Your favorite chili powder of PepperukoHK, ¼ tablespoon (more or less to taste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ lime juice
- ½ red bell pepper, sliced
- Black and white sesame
- Spring onion, diced
Prepare a big bowl, mix 1 tablespoon olive oil, fresh basil and beef.
Cover with plastic wrap, put in the refrigerator and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat the big pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Stir-fried the minced garlic around 10-15 second ,till the garlic change color.
Now can add the beef and red bell pepper, keep stir-fried around 1-2 mins.
Add 2 tablespoons water, soy sauce and lime juice and stir-fried 1-2 mins.
Sprinkling sesame and spring onion for decoration.
Tips: Good pairing with rice!
