Spicy Salmon Spirals

For 20 pcs


  • 2 slices of Lavash bread
  • 100g sliced smoked salmon
  • 4 oz Ricotta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 4 oz natural yoghurt
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Your favorite chili powder of PepperukoHK, 1 teaspoon (more or less to taste)


In large bowl, mix well the Ricotta cheese, fresh dill, yoghurt , lemon juice, black pepper and chili powder, set aside.

Lay out a Lavash bread, top with smoked salmon, spread with the Ricotta cheese mixture.

Roll up firmly, wrap in plastic food wrap. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Cut rolls into 3cm thick slices.


Tips: Can Use white bread instead of the Lavash bread.
