Roasted Chili Mix Vegetable

Ingredients

  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 small carrot, cut into small pieces
  • 1 potato, cut into small pieces
    TIPS: Or any vegetable you like
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • Salt (more or less to taste)
  • Your favorite chili powder of PepperukoHK, 3 tablespoons (more or less to taste)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 190°C

Toss the olive oil, garlic powder, salt and PepperukoHK chili powder.

Add the vegetables and mix.

Baked for 20-25 mins, keep checking along the way. Be careful not to burn it.

If you like cheese, can also put some Mozzarella cheese on top at last 10 mins.
