Chili Almond Butter Dressing

Ingredients

  • 120ml no sugar added almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon low sodium tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 inch knob fresh ginger, peeled and cut into small piece
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Your favorite chili powder of PepperukoHK, ½ teaspoon (more or less to taste)
  • 80ml water

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender.

Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge.

Dressing will thicken as it sits so feel free to add a little liquid if needed.

Recommended pairing: Pork Chop, Deep Fry Sea Food, Salad

Tips: Can use Peanut Butter instead of the Almond Butter.
