Baked Chili Sole Fillet with Avocado Paste

Ingredients

Sole Fillet

  • 1 lb sole fillet
  • Your favorite chili powder of PepperukoHK, ½ tablespoon (more or less to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oi

Avocado Paste

  • 1 mature avocado
  • 20 g fresh cilantro
  • ½ tomato, chopped
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 lime juice
  • 60 g Greek yogurt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 200˚C

Mix the chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil with the lime juice in small bowl.

Using a basting brush, bounteously coat the sole fillet each side with the marinade.

Bake the sole fillet for 12-14 minutes until edges begin to crisp and fish is moist and flaky.

While baking the fish, prepare the paste.

Put avocado, cilantro, tomato, salt, pepper, lime juice, and Greek yogurt in a blender. Blend until paste is smooth.

Serve sole fillet with avocado paste.

Enjoy!

TIPS: Can use salmon instead
