To make about 2 cups
- 1 large and mature avocado, halved, pitted and peeled
- 1 small tomato, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 lime juice
- Coriander, appropriate, finely chopped
- Black pepper, appropriate
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Your favorite chili powder of Pepperuko, 2 teaspoons (more or less to taste)
Mash the avocados in large bowl, mix with all Ingredients.
Prepare your tortilla chip and enjoy!
