For 2 persons
- ½ Lb button mushroom or portobello mushroom
- 1 Cup flour
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup breadcrumbs
- 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese powder
- Salt (more or less to taste)
- Your favorite chili powder of PepperukoHK, 1 tablespoon (more or less to taste)
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C.
Wash the mushrooms and pat dry with kitchen paper.
*If you use poratobello mushroom, cut in four pcs.
First bowl, put the flour.
Second bowl, beat the egg.
Third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, salt, chili powder and cheese powder.
Now follow the step for every mushroom:
Roll in first bowl, dip in second bowl and roll in third bowl.
Put the dipped mushroom in the air fryer container for 8 mins, shake the basket halfway through.
Serve with Mayonnaise.
